Resting on the Memories of Summer and with Fall in the Air, it feels like a FLOWER POLKA! I revel in some nostalgia as both my daughters are away at college, but am excited and optimistic about moving into new flowers and patterns and growing POEM CROWN. The FLOWER POLKA pattern is based on my photograph of a vintage polyester dress from Goodwill. I took an iPhone photo of the zig-zag pieced together fabric panels, enlarged the pattern by 100%, and brightened the colors. The warm camel and turquoise colors on the inner fold of pillowcase are the Photoshop “inverse” of the outer blues, yellow, and red.

As my past household patterns shift to change, I am inspired by new dreams ahead!

Care: Machine wash cold on GENTLE using a phosphate free detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry on LOW.
