Merchandise Availability

Availability of merchandise may depend on POEMCROWN.com.  Some pillowcases are “in stock,” but most are made to order and may take up to three weeks to ship. Display of an item on poemcrown.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock.

Product Dimensions

The standard pillowcase dimensions are 20 inches x 28 inches.

Color

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the product colors represented on the website, the actual color of the printed pillowcases may vary due to differences in the settings of monitors, software, or printers.

Washing and Care

Wash your cotton pillowcase before use.  Unfold the pillowcase and wash with a phosphate-free detergent in cool water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle. Wash separately or with like colors, for best results. As these fabrics are surface printed with water-based inks, there is a chance of some fading. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. 

Prices

All prices displayed on the POEM CROWN website are quoted in U.S. dollars. The price payable by the customer will be the price POEM CROWN sets forth in its Order Confirmation. POEM CROWN will add shipping/handling fees and applicable sales tax. Discounts will not apply to taxes or other fees. In the event of a sale or other promotion, no price adjustments will be made to previous purchases.

Shipping

POEM CROWN will notify you when your items have shipped. Please allow 8-10 business days for the arrival of your order within the U.S. (longer for Alaska and Hawaii) When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. Risk of loss of items purchased from this web site, pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused merchandise for product refund only within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Original shipping fees will not be included in the refund. In the event of an exchange or return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

To make a return please follow the instructions below:

-Please email POEM CROWN via our CONTACT page and provide your name, date of order, and order number stating your reason for return. Your order number should be included on and in your package.

-You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that will insure and track your goods such as FedEx.

-The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; any shipping charges incurred by POEM CROWN to send the item to you initially will be deducted.

-Please note that item(s) should be returned in the original packaging.

 Damaged Items

If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
